Monthly Zoom meetings
We meet every month, so the conversation never goes quiet. Members join from wherever they are, and the consistency is what turns acquaintances into trusted peers.
CISO House is an intimate community where CISOs come together to build real relationships with peers, learn from each other, and brainstorm on the challenges that keep them up at night. It's a place to remember you're not alone.
Here, there's no ego and no posturing. We have honest conversations about what's hard, what's not working, and what we're still figuring out. Members share a common commitment to supporting one another’s growth, offering their own experience freely and benefiting from the experience of others.
CISO House is CISO-led, and that's what gives it its unique communal feel. Every month, a different CISO from the community takes the floor to present a topic. Whether it's a challenge they're working through, a lesson they learned the hard way, or an idea they want to pressure-test with peers.
The same goes for our in person local events. Our gatherings across the US are organized by existing community members, in their own cities, for their own peers.
Our members are CISOs from across the United States, along with a growing group from around the world. They lead security at companies of every type and across many industries, which means every conversation brings a different perspective and a fresh way of looking at a problem.
We meet every month, so the conversation never goes quiet. Members join from wherever they are, and the consistency is what turns acquaintances into trusted peers.
Throughout the year, member-organized gatherings in cities around the country help relationships grow beyond the screen.
Our two biggest gatherings of the year bring the community together in the middle of the industry's most important conferences.
CISO House was founded by Tamar Alkobi, who has years of experience building communities and working in tech. Tamar believes that the right connections can change a career, and that those connections are worth nurturing over time. She founded CISO House to create a place where CISO relationships are built with intention and where each member’s growth is supported by the people around them.
Central to her vision is giving members the spotlight and the opportunity to lead. Every CISO has experience worth sharing, and Tamar built the community so that members can take the floor, tell their stories, and exchange knowledge with their peers. The result is a community that grows stronger with every conversation, for the benefit of every member.
